What Is the BattlEye Working Menu
The release being described is a mod menu designed to work around or with BattlEye, the anti-cheat anti-injector layer for GTA. BattlEye will usually not allow you to inject DLLs or modify memory values, but this menu is reportedly working by using a driver that loads before Battleye, allowing it access to the game in a manner that isn't blocked by BattlEye. Screenshots provided in the original forum post show a character in GTA Online alongside a custom color black menu interface. It looks minimalistic and basic, but should work, and it provides access to basic cheats, toggles, and utilities. It doesn't at least show a fully developed mod menu like Kiddions or Yim, but it provides proof of concept that calls attention to the fact that BattlEye can be bypassed or worked around. This is important because most currently working menus only work offline/Story Mode, or require you to disable BattlEye completely to use it (and prevent GTA Online from launching). This tool claims that a player can go online and use it at the same time without shutting it down.
How to use the menu
The instructions shared were fairly simple with only a few steps required to complete. Below is a breakdown: Close GTA 5 and stop the BattlEye service Make sure you are not running the game and BattlEye is not running in the background. Run the driver file provided The mod comes with an “invisible” driver file that needs to be installed as administrator. This is an important step because this driver is what will let the menu hook into GTA, before BattlEye is loaded. You can normally start GTA 5 Once the driver is injected into the game, the player will be able to load up GTA 5 with out any issue via the normal executable. Access the open/close menu function In game, the player uses a hotkey or toggle to access the menu interface. From there the player can activate godmode, spawn changes, or any other cheats that are accessible. The ease of setting this up should enhance its appeal. The player does not need loaders, modified EXE files, or separate builds of GTA 5. As long as the driver works, the menu should integrate into the live play session.
Notes and Compatibility
Although the concept is fantastic, there are some very important things to note: Windows 11 Requirement - This release has only been tested on the Windows 11 24H2 builds. The creator has stated that is possible they will not work on previous builds, or on Windows 10. This severely limits potential audiences. No Guarantee of Stability - BattlEye is always updating all the time, thus this is not a guarantee this method will continue to work through patches. What bypasses today, blocks you tomorrow. Moderator Warning - In the original post, the moderators provided a caution: "File not thoroughly analyzed due to size!! Use at your own risk." This shows that the entire file has not safe verified. Installing unknown drivers will always provide potential for malware, spyware, and backdoors. 1. Ban Risk - There may still be weird activity going on without much notice even if the driver itself is functional. Even spawning money or teleporting could trigger a ban on your account. In short, while the release may be functional, there are some serious limitations and problems with it.
Pros and cons
Let’s look at some potential pros and cons regarding the BattlEye menu. Pros Mod menu access with GTA Online still working with mods enabled. Proof-of-concept that BattlEye does have a bypassable solution. Simple set-up, only need the driver and standard GTA executable. Functionality that mimics those old menus we no longer have access. Cons Limited to certain versions of Windows. Risks from malware - as I have no confirmed driver source. Risk of a ban from Rockstar for unusual behavior. Will likely be patched to mitigate any future use from game updates. Only a basic type set of features compared to those polished menus.
Community impact
This release is interesting as much for the functionality but what it represents for the GTA community. For several years, BattlEye did solidify its place as a decent barricade to online modding. If this menu actually works, it shows that there is nothing to stop anti-cheat systems from being profitably or completely exploited. On the side of modders, you could look at it as a creative win and that modding may return some freedoms, we all believed had disappeared. For your average gamer who just enjoys using menus for fun, experimentation, or wanting a single-player type feel in Online mode - this does as huge milestone. The downsides or considerations of the existence of these tools, put ethical and fairness questions on the table. As a reminder, Grand Theft Auto Online is an experience that is only made possible through a shared, multiplayer experience. If someone can use a menu to give themselves godmode, instant money, or teleport hacks, this ruins the experience for other users too. This is ultimately why Rockstar has pursued stronger anti-cheat enforcement. It is likely, if enough people take to using BattlEye bypasses, we may see more reporting and bans and possibly increased scrutiny by Rockstar.
Why caution is important here
To clarify, while this will potentially capture the imagination for a few users; this has a serious risk. Driver based cheats are among the most risky because they operate on the level of the system. Meaning, it is not a lightweight mod or script, it is a driver that blows the entire operating system, which is exposes your machine to malware, crash a system, and potentially brick things. Also I can't completely ignore the moderator warning on the forum about this file not being fully completed for analysis, asafety is uncertain. You are inviting data theft or more onto your personal home system. So why I think the technology is cool and is something we were never able to look into previously, this is not ideal for casual use where you just want to have fun in GTA. If you just want to use mods, safer options for mod access include Story Mode trainers or offline tools.

Video Guide
Video Summary - What You'll See.
In the video walk-through, the user demonstrates how to inject the menu, how to teleport to Mount Chiliad, and spawn rare vehicle and modded vehicles. The narrator demonstrates "god mode", toggling the night/day cycle, and changing the number of pedestrians to spawn. All tasks are performed without lag or crash. The visual shows how the updated Mr.X fork works just like software that has been supported and maintained, with none of the broken functionality and UI lag of abandoned titles. There is also a section on how to use the stat editor to unlock awards, which is a common offline test for script developers.
